Looking back through art history there are many examples of large scale works. Botticelli, Rembrandt, and Monet among others created enormous works that commanded power and captured the imagination. The practice of creating monumental works continues today often focused on making an impact within a space.  In this exhibition, AMoA shares a selection of large scale works from the collection including pieces by Bill Illes and Margaret Evangeline.
