Louisiana’s Culinary Heritage: George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts 2013 Scholarship Art Contest Exhibition

The George Rodrigue Foundation of the Arts 2013 Scholarship Art Contest exhibition features fifteen finalists chosen from across Louisiana who were awarded college scholarships and art supplies. High school juniors and seniors were invited to create a work of art based on the theme “Louisiana’s Culinary Heritage,” representing our state’s unique culinary heritage while honoring its festivals, dishes and local ingredients. Winning entries will be used in the Fall 2013 cookbook by the Louisiana Restaurant Association’s Education Foundation showcasing recipes from Louisiana’s greatest chefs.
