Family & Kids
Together from afar!
Even though the doors to AMoA are temporarily closed, the educators at the museum are dedicated to providing our members and visitors with ways to continue to connect with the exhibitions on display and each other.

Family Art Classes
Children of all ages will enjoy our Family Classes, where parents/grandparents and children create art together while learning about the Museum’s current exhibitions.
Professional artists and art educators guide and encourage young artists through thematic week-long classes during the summer break. Students tour exhibitions, learn to appreciate various art forms, and become inspired through hands-on sessions. All art activities are challenging but age-appropriate and are sure to ensure a great summer art experience for your children.
Youth Art Month Festival and Student Competition
Youth Art Month is an annual observance each March to emphasize the value of art and art education for all children and to encourage public support for quality school art programs. YAM provides a forum for acknowledging skills that are not possible in other subjects.
