Her work raised awareness and brought federal relief to struggling Americans, and influenced documentary photography by highlighting the camera as an instrument for social change. The exhibition will feature 30 black and white photographs depicting Lange’s personal documentation of Depression-era American life and post-WWII America.

All works are from the collection of Michael Mattis and Judith Hochberg, and was organized by art2art Circulating Exhibitions.
